Vincent M. Scott is the Founder of MDM Capital Group, a business funding and consulting firm committed to accelerating growth through strategic capital, development, and tailored financial solutions. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, lending, and investment strategy, he brings expert insight and high-level execution to startups and small-to-midsize businesses looking to scale with strength.

His expertise spans private lending, special financing, investment banking, and corporate structuring. From capital placement to business development and mergers, Vincent is known for simplifying complex processes and helping clients secure the funding they need to succeed—while building a strong foundation for sustainable growth.

He holds a background in Business Finance and Administration and has held leadership roles across underwriting, project management, and strategic consulting in both residential and commercial sectors.

Now based in New Orleans, Vincent enjoys life with his wife of 34 years and believes in building not just businesses but lasting legacies.

Cherise Lenore Riley brings over two decades of high-level expertise in lending, funding, and business strategy to her role as Strategic Funding Manager with MDM Capital Group. With a proven background that bridges marketplace success and Kingdom impact, Cherise helps entrepreneurs and business owners access the capital and clarity they need to grow, scale, and sustain.

Armed with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Minor in Marketing and Advertising, she holds licenses in both Real Estate and Mortgage Lending, alongside certifications in Credit Restoration, Financial Management, Business Coaching, and Life Coaching. Her depth of knowledge across funding, finance, and operational strategy allows her to serve as both a resource and a results-driven partner for clients navigating today’s financial landscape.

With a track record of coaching visionaries, structuring startups, and leading multimillion-dollar portfolios, Cherise doesn’t just fund businesses she helps build them with purpose, precision, and profitability.
